How to identify the model mark of forklift solid tires

There are various specifications and models of forklift tires on the market, which undoubtedly brings difficulties to users in identification. Forklift tires are one of the main auto parts provided by our company. How to identify the marks of forklift tires? The following editor will introduce you:

Tires are important parts of automobiles. There are more than 10 types of marks on automobile tires. Correct identification of these marks is very important for the selection, use and maintenance of tires, and is of great significance for ensuring driving safety and prolonging the service life of tires.

  1. Specification mark of forklift tire: Specification is the mark data of the geometric parameters and physical performance of forklift tire. Forklift tire specifications are often represented by a set of numbers. The first number represents the width of the tire section, and the latter number represents the diameter of the rim, all in inches. The letters or symbols in the middle have special meanings: "x" means high-pressure tires; "R" and "Z" mean radial tires; "一" means low-pressure tires.

  2. Tier level mark of forklift tires: Tier level refers to the nominal number of cords in the rubber layer of forklift tires, which is not completely consistent with the actual number of cords and is an important indicator of tire strength. The level is marked in Chinese, such as level 12; and the level is marked in English, such as "14P.R" that is the 14th level.

3. The cord material mark of forklift tires: some forklift tires are separately marked, such as "nylon" (NYLON), which is generally marked after the level; some forklift tire manufacturers mark after the specifications and use the first letter of the Chinese pinyin to indicate , Such as 9.00-20N, 7.50-20G, etc., N stands for nylon, G stands for steel wire, M stands for cotton thread, and R stands for rayon.

  4. Load and air pressure sign: generally sign the maximum load and corresponding air pressure, the load is in "kg" as the unit, the air pressure is the tire pressure, and the unit is "kPa".

  5. Rim specification mark: indicates the rim specification that matches the tire. It is convenient for practical use, such as "standard rim 5.00F".

  6. Balance mark: It is made of colored rubber and printed on the sidewall to indicate that the tire is the lightest. When assembling, it should face the valve directly to ensure the balance of the entire tire.

  7. Rolling direction sign: The pattern on the tire is particularly critical for drainage and anti-skid during driving. Therefore, off-road vehicle tires with asymmetrical patterns often use arrow signs to assemble the rolling direction to ensure the designed adhesion and anti-skid performance. If it is installed incorrectly, it will be counterproductive.

   8. Wear limit mark: Use rubber strips or blocks to mark the wear limit of the tire on one side of the tire. Once the tire wear reaches this mark position, it should be replaced in time, otherwise the tire will burst midway due to insufficient strength.

  9. Production batch number logo: A set of numbers and letters are used to indicate the year, month and quantity of tires. For example, "98N08B5820" means the 5820th tire produced in Group B in August 1998. The production batch number is used to identify the degree of newness and storage time of the tire.

  10. Trademark sign: A trademark is a sign of a tire manufacturer, including trademark words and patterns, which are generally prominent and eye-catching, and easy to identify. Most of them are marked with the name of the manufacturer.

  11. Other marks: such as forklift tire product grade, production license number and other ancillary marks. Can be used as reference materials and information when selecting.
